1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of Prince of India restaurant services ("we", "us", "our") and your dining experience at our locations ("you", "your"). By dining with us or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Restaurant Services

2.1 We provide dining services, takeaway, catering, and related restaurant services as described on our website and menus.

2.2 All food is prepared in accordance with German food safety standards and regulations.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who violates our policies or behaves inappropriately.

3. Reservations and Seating

3.1 Reservations are recommended, especially during peak hours and weekends.

3.2 Tables are held for 15 minutes past reservation time. After this, the table may be released.

3.3 We reserve the right to seat parties at our discretion based on availability and group size.

3.4 Large parties (8+ people) may require advance notice and deposits.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Menu items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients when necessary.

4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. Current prices are displayed on our menu.

4.3 Payment is due upon receipt of service. We accept cash and major credit cards.

4.4 For catering orders, 50% deposit may be required upon booking.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

5.1 Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering.

5.2 While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from all allergens.

5.3 Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen. Please inform us of severe allergies.

6. Takeaway and Delivery

6.1 Takeaway orders should be collected within 30 minutes of the agreed time.

6.2 We are not responsible for food quality if not collected within reasonable time.

6.3 Delivery areas and fees are available upon request.

7. Customer Conduct

7.1 We maintain a family-friendly environment and expect respectful behavior.

7.2 Disruptive behavior, harassment, or damage to property will result in removal.

7.3 Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior arrangement.

8. Liability

8.1 Our liability is limited to the cost of the meal provided.

8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

9.1 Catering orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for full refund.

9.2 Same-day cancellations may be subject to charges.

9.3 We reserve the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable German and EU data protection laws.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please speak to our manager immediately or contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues promptly.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law and subject to the jurisdiction of German courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Current terms are available on our website and in our restaurants.
